What does “dry” mean?
No reverb or effects added. You get the plain sound of each instrument and can add your own.
What do I open the stems in?
Any recording or practice app that takes WAV files: GarageBand, Reaper, Audacity, Logic and others. Drop all the files in at the start and they line up.
Should I get stems or the Play-Along Pack?
If you just want to play along, the Play-Along Pack ($3.99) is easier: ready-made mixes, videos and chord charts. Get stems if you want to make your own mix or slow down and mute parts yourself.
Does the Stems Pack include chord charts and videos?
No. Those are in the Play-Along Pack. Many players get both.
Can I use the stems in my own release?
Stems Packs are for personal use only. Please don’t resell, share or publish them. Ask on the Contact page if you have something else in mind.
